🗣️ Do you speak English or Japanese?

Yes. Our receptionists, coordinators, and doctors speak fluent English and Japanese.

🌏 Can I get treatment during a short trip to Korea?

Absolutely. Many of our patients visit Korea for whitening, crowns, or other aesthetic procedures during a short stay.

📆 How can I make a reservation?

You can book via WhatsApp, LINE, or Instagram DM. Just send your preferred date/time and we’ll confirm manually. Walk-ins are welcome but may require waiting.

💰 Can I get a tax refund?

Yes. Tax refunds are available only for aesthetic treatments such as teeth whitening or laminate veneers.

⏱️ How long does zirconia crown treatment take?

It typically takes 2–4 days depending on the number of teeth and treatment complexity. We use digital scanning for fast fabrication.

😬 Do you offer Invisalign or braces?

Yes. Our certified orthodontist offers both. We provide consultation to determine the best treatment option for you.

💉 Can you treat failed or complex root canals?

Yes. Our endodontist specializes in high-difficulty root canal treatments and re-treatments.

🩺 Can I get treatment without Korean health insurance?

Yes. You can receive all treatments without insurance. However, procedures like scaling, extractions, root canal, X-rays, or gum treatment will be charged at full price without insurance coverage.

💳 How do I pay?

We accept Korean cards, most international credit cards, and cash (KRW). No deposit is required for consultation.

🛂 Do I need to prepare anything before visiting?

If you're planning to get whitening or veneer treatment and would like a tax refund, please bring your passport. No other preparation is needed.
